My background
I was born and raised in Ottawa and graduated from Carleton University. I've been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and today I'm a Selling Partner and Broker with Paul Rushforth Real Estate Inc., Brokerage.
My philosophy is simple: be honest, share your expertise, and always protect your client's best interests. I bring a calm, confident approach to every transaction.
Negotiation and investing
I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert, so you have a trained advocate at the table when it's time to make a deal. I also own income-generating properties myself, and roughly a quarter of my business is with investors.
Before real estate
My background includes years in sales, public speaking and leadership development, and I'm a former professional chef. Don't be surprised if I check out the kitchen during a showing.
Outside the office
I'm a proud husband and father. You'll find me with family, in the garden, cooking, at the cottage, on the ice playing hockey, or skiing. I support the Ottawa Food Bank, Roger Neilson Children's Hospice and CHEO.
